Question: The item I am looking for is not in stock, can I order this item into your store?

Answer: Absolutely, please call: 314-667-9132 or emailsales@rockinaudioproducts.com to inquire about items not in stock.  You can also call for items not listed.   Special order requests are always welcome.

Question: How soon will my order ship?  In stock orders are guaranteed to ship the same day if received by 1:00 pm Central Time, most days orders received after 1:00 pm can be shipped, but this would depend on volume.  If your order is placed later than 1:00 pm and doesn't ship same day, it is guaranteed to ship the next business day.

 Question: The item I am looking for is not in stock, can I order this item into your store?

Queston: How much does shipping cost?  What carrier is used?

Answer: Shipping is free unless noted next to an individual item.  UPS Ground shipments will take 1-4 business days to arrive.
